So T absolutely HATES having his photo taken – he quite plainly says “no mummy” whenever I even venture near the subject. BUT with his Dad’s birthday coming up, and no new photos for MONTHS, I just had to convince him he wanted to do it. So, he gave me exactly 4 minutes and 23 seconds on the condition that he could play with is puzzle. Hey, I took it – it’s better than nothing, right?! These were my favourites from our “mini session” and when I got the prints yesterday I realised we just couldn’t wait for his Dad’s birthday (next Wednesday)! So we’re debuting early ![]()
Don’t forget to come and join us at the Zero2Five markets tomorrow morning at Upper Coomera State College, from 9am – Midday! There’s heaps of bargains to be had, plus we have quite a few new products on display for the first time!
Just finishing off proofing a couple of sessions over the next few days, so we’ll have some more posts soon ![]()

So here’s a sneak peek for Sara, Josh & Miss B – I couldn’t help myself, I just had to get started tonight! This little boy was an AMAZING model, he did everything just right (including peeing on call…). Miss B is going to make a great big sister – all she wanted to do was kiss & cuddle him, but then, who wouldn’t!
Enjoy your sneak peek guys!

Sneak Peek | JinkyArt Weekend Retreat
May 13, 2010Here is just a quick photo from my weekend in Canberra at the JinkyArt workshop retreat. I had such an AMAZING time and learnt so much – I honestly didn’t think I could take in that much information
I met a fantastic group of photographers in the same business – it was great to be able to chat photography ALL weekend!. I stayed at the Old Stone House in Bungendore and it was DIVINE!! Honestly, the family that runs the house are just beautiful and made my stay the easiest possible (even if Deb has managed to make me heavier than when I arrived
) I have photos of the accommodation to come too!
This photo was the daughter of one of my fellow photographers – she wasn’t from my set, but I’m in the process of “moving” computers – I have half on my laptop and half on the desktop! Must sort myself out in the next few days…
Anyway, I’ll be posting lots & lots from the retreat over the coming weeks (yes, weeks!) but I hope you enjoyed the first!

Since this photoshoot (obviously) Sara & Josh have welcomed the fourth member of their family into the world – a little boy!! I just cannot wait to do his newborn session next week ![]()

As the title says – 6 year olds are super fun to photograph!! This little guy was just AMAZING, the perfect model. There was bribery involved to get him started but I’m not sure he really needed it in the end ![]()
Enjoy guys!

Take 2! | Gold Coast Family Portrait Photography
May 6, 2010This is Take 2 for this delightful family! We were able to let Mr L run around to his heart’s content and still managed to get some great photos of him
We just love this location for family photos – there’s so many different things we can do here, whether it’s overcast, super sunny or drizzly!
I’m on a bit of a blog catch up today before I head off for the weekend – I’m off to a photographer’s workshop retreat in Canberra with JinkyArt. I’m super excited, can’t wait to try out some new things and meet other photographers in the same business as me!
Keep you’re eye on the page, there’ll be more coming up soon!!

Today Kate & I had the absolute honour of photographing Kilea & Lee’s beautiful wedding day. We met Kilea & Lee just under a year ago, when we did a maternity then newborn session. When they chose us to also be their wedding photographers you can imagine just how happy we were ![]()
This was a wedding absolutely filled with love!! Kilea literally ran down the aisle so that she could marry her gorgeous man (I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house…). And with their wonderful daughter, Miss T, there to watch over them it couldn’t have been more perfect.
So, thank you, Kilea & Lee for letting us be a part of one of the most important days of your lives – we had so much fun!!
I’m posting just a few of my favourites from the day – I just couldn’t help myself when I got home tonight! Plus I know that Kilea is already hanging out to see some ![]()
Enjoy your sneak peek guys!
