We’re catching up on some blogging here in the studio today – we’re just a wee bit behind
We’ve had the pleasure of photographing little Miss C from her Mum’s maternity session, her newborn session & her 3 month session + now her Christening. It’s so nice to be able to watch our tiny little babies grow up!

December 16, 2011We’ve known Miss Megan for awhile now, some of you may even recognise her - Megan has done some work experience with us in the past
She is now the proud owner and creator of Lily Stan Hand-Stamped Jewellery – you can see her gorgeous jewellery in some of her images! Make sure you head on over to her facebook and become a fan
You wouldn’t believe she’s pregnant with her third child, she just looks amazing! We also have the honour of photographing her birth and newborn session, so you’ll be seeing more of this new little addition in the not too distant future. Good luck Megan!

Miss K’s Naming Day | Mt Tamborine Photographer
December 16, 2011We always feel so honoured when someone chooses us to photograph a special day of theirs – whether it be a birth, a wedding, a christening, they’re all equally important and need to be captured. This is what Jackie had to say after we photographed Miss K’s special day:
“Thanks so much for taking the time to make her day special, and provide us with beautiful photos which will become the most treasured memories in time to come”
Love receving emails like that! And, most importantly, photos are your memories of the day that will not fade with time. The details will always be there for you to look back on and remember

November 4, 2011This is the first of two sessions we did for this family – two sisters, each with their own little family, but living so far apart – it was great to be able to hold their sessions at the same time! And all boys, 3 little munchkins with very distinct personalities
This session was just before a HUGE storm a few weeks ago, Kate & I got caught in it on the way home, luckily we finished shooting just in time…

September 6, 2011Happy Monday! | Gold Coast Baby Photography
August 8, 2011This little man is from a session we held a little while ago now (yes, we are THAT behind with our blogging) – he was so very delightful. Having just woken up from a nap could make some babies just a *little* bit cranky. Not this little guy, he was all smiles for us!
We were sad to have missed The Butterfly Tree markets held at the Gold Coast Arts Centre yesterday – but rest assured, we’ll be back at the October market! We had a HUGE weekend full of birthdays, naming ceremony’s and just a few sessions – we’ll be blogging soon! Thanks to Caroline from Mihaja Photography for doing the photography and my little one’s naming day – was a bit hard for Kate to take photos since she was Godmother

Almost there… | Gold Coast Baby Photographer
July 21, 2011It seems like Peyton’s been *almost* walking for so long now – she takes 4 or 5 steps and then decides that’s far too slow and gets down (very carefully too) and crawls the rest of the way. Or her big brother comes along to “help” her and ends up pulling/pushing her to the ground. She’s oh so careful about everything that she does, takes the time to balance, turns around slowly & really concentrates on those first few steps. Luckily I don’t think it bothers her that she isn’t very fast – I have a very patient baby there (but her patience is only limited to this one task).
This morning we decided to see if we could capture any of little steps. Peyton HATES the camera, will never smile, but desperately wants to get her hands on it – which made my little walking experiment easy! She just walked to get the camera (nope, she didn’t get it LOL). If she’s distracted I swear she would walk for miles
We are very behind in our blogging here at the Giggles Studio, so it’s a little bit cheeky of me posting this
But we’re working on it, so keep an eye out for new posts coming up – we have two maternity sessions, a baby, a family or two just to name a few (that’s how behind we are when I can’t quite remember LOL).
Also, photos of the new studio coming soon – we’re just placing the finishing touches xx

Boys will be boys | Mt Tamborine Family Portrait
July 3, 2011Boys can only ever be who they are – and we love them for it.
This gorgeous little family were such good sports this afternoon, the weather was a bit funny and my directions leave a bit to be desired
But on the upside, we found this location just for them! And we even had a little horse show when a few riders went riding on by
Enjoy
