This gorgeous little family of four travelled ALL the way over from Perth for our session, at their “home away from home” beach – right here on the Gold Coast :)   This was right in the middle of all those amazing storms we were having, we had to reschedule once, but decided to go ahead with this session (even though the sky was looking mighty threatening!).  But the weather co-operated, even the sun came to say hello, and made for a gorgeous session – just what they wanted :)

This gorgeous family booked their session to take advantage of the beautiful end of summer weather – and what better place to enjoy it than the beach!  These 3 boys are the epitome of boys – full on, no fear, constantly on the go – we had a blast ;)

This is going to have to be a multiple part blog post – this gorgeous family just had far too many for me to choose from!

We met Jasmin and her lovely family a few months back, Jasmin is the organiser extraordinaire from The Butterfly Tree. Jasmin has done such an amazing job organising these markets and we were honoured to be able to do a family session with her. Make sure you come and check out the next market on Sunday 6th February at the Gold Coast Arts Centre from 9am – 2pm.

The kiddies were AMAZING!  They have such beautiful little personalities and they were super fun.  We asked them to name the goldfish – and they came up with Rainbow & Crabs.  I bet you can guess who came up with which name :)

Part two of this post won’t be far away – Jasmin, I hope you enjoy your photos!!

I always said I wouldn’t put a TV in Talan’s bedroom…

But in the end I wasn’t left with much of a choice.

Since Peyton sleeps in our room I prefer not to have Talan in there watching his dvd’s.  He really doesn’t know the meaning of the word quiet.
And I didn’t want to have to suffer through Thomas day after day in the lounge – so I compromised.  He has a tiny tv in his room now, along with a dvd player.  He gets to watch one dvd a day in there and not a chance of it going on once the sun goes down.

To his credit, he hasn’t even asked yet :)

It has definitely been all about the boys lately!  These two guys were all smiles!  Thanks boys for a fun session in our new studio!

I know i’ve been a bit behind on the blog posting.. so i’ll try and squeeze in a few more before I pop this baby out!

I’m finally catching up on my blogging! We have lots of family sessions & weddings coming up over the coming weeks so we’re definitely going to need a holiday soon :)

This little man is just soooo adorable. Even if he didn’t want to sleep for us. I can understand that, I mean, we are pretty exciting…
I am officially back at work now!! We are incredibly busy over the coming weeks, so if you’re wanting a session before Christmas then you better hurry up and get organised. Weekend sessions are the most popular so they have a longer waiting time – but we also have Monday’s & Friday’s available!
The Butterfly Tree market on the weekend was so busy!! Who would have thought so many people would be out in that weather (it didn’t make for a very fun set up, trying to get everything inside without getting wet). We just love meeting everyone and getting to spend the time with out clients :) Don’t forget to put the Christmas market in your diary – Sunday 5th December – but don’t worry, I’ll remind you :)

Our first session in our brand new studio – and it had to be a super messy one :) This little cutie didn’t waste a single second getting into his cake – he was making the most of this opportunity!
We’re super excited to have the studio to use now for our baby sessions – great light, great space and lots of fun props to use. We have more sessions coming up over the next couple of weeks so make sure you’re checking back to see!
